- What types of products do you offer?

At our store, you can choose from a variety of products, such as lace closure/frontal wigs that come in all cap sizes (S, M, L). We also carry styling tools like flat irons and hot combs.
- What type of hair quality and lace do you offer?

You can buy premium quality virgin hair that comes with a closure or frontal lace in straight, body wave, and deep curly styles.
- What size wigs do you have?

Our current wig selection offers a diverse range of cap sizes to choose from, so that you can find the perfect fit. Our standard sizes are small, medium, and large; however, we will soon be expanding our size options to include extra small (S) through extra-large (XL). Small Cap Size: 21"-21.5" Medium Cap Size: 22"-22.5" Large Cap Size: 23"-23.5". Visit our size chart for more information.
- If I bring my own hair or bundles, can you make a wig out of it?

- I have a question about my order, who can I talk to?

Please contact us by visiting our contact page. We will gladly be able to assist you with any questions relating to Orders, Order Modifications, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations.
- When will my order ship?

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
- Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, we are planning on expanding our reach to other countries in the near future. In order to stay updated on our progress and be notified as soon as we start offering shipping to your country, please follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletters.
- What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us! We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Items that need to be returned must be sent back within 14 days of you receiving them. To learn more about our return and refund policy, please check our refund policy here.
